Hi Everyone,

Been reading this website for months now without posting a thread. Thanks to all for all the info. We were last out in October having bought on Phase 1, while we were there we met some smashing neighbours and I have to say that so far we are delighted with our purchase, and the development looks very exciting.

Received e-mail today with info on EGM. I will try to give abbreviated account. Clubhouse not expected to be in place until Phase 2 is complete. Community pool to be fenced off to stop public from wandering into rest of community? Temporary president & vice president elected until next meeting (both spanish). Community fees set at €85 pm. Community managers e-mail consultas@communitas.es Next meeting apparently important to be held sometime in January or February.

A couple of other issues, someone wanted to fence off their garden so they could sunbathe "au natural", no need for postboxes because there is no postmen, and some security issues.
