Hi Val We did take plenty of photo's when we were out there in April/May but having trouble getting them onto pc for others to view. There is lots of progress on site and you can see the outlines of the roads shaping up but still not much to see for the time that is passing. When visiting the office they did say that completion dates were now Jan /Feb 09 and we we going to be allowed to make some choices as to the finish inside the villa by way of compensation.  
However we have heard from our solicitor just this week that our property will now not be ready until June 2009, we are buying on AD.  Our solicitor has said that the builder is offering better clssification to the builds to compensate but the list he has sent us is no different to the one we got when we signed up. We might even be considering pulling out of the contract as no one really seems to know what is going on.

Hola everyone !!

We have bought at La Tercia (Jan 07) got a Myriam, AD6 is the plot.  Returned there in July to see how things were going, nothing much was happening but at least the show houses were available for viewing. Not as lucky as some people in the messages I have already read, ours will be a holiday home for a few years yet.
