I know it is frustrating with communication with costa luz, they are always trying to improve but it seems it is still not great.
We used them to recover our money from the bank who took the deposit, we had no bank guarantee but they succeeded in getting us a full refund about 18 months ago.
They have also had the recent success with the Finca Parcs Group.
The best way we found to get a response was to email both maria and the firms general website every day with the same email.
We generally got a response within a few days.
It is early days for you and I know it is frustrating to get no information but I am sure they are working on your case and they will contact you whenever they need you to do something, they are proven winners and as you say they have many clients.
It took us just over 12 months to get to the first instance court preliminary hearing when our bank BBVA conceded and said they would refund our money, hopefully you will be as lucky.
