Fantastic news for you and everyone involved.

We had our money back nearly 3 years ago using Maria at Costaluz, it is nice to see others also getting results.

Hopefully everyone will now at last get their rightful refund and move on with their lives.

Hello to All,

Try to stay positive, we have been through the same as you, We voted NO to the agreement and we sued the bank, BBVA, under law 57/68 and used Maria at Costaluz, we were her first success using law 57/68 she now has a few more so there is hope for you all.

We had NO bank guarantee but at the preliminary hearing the bank agreed to pay us back our deposit plus we were awarded costs and interests. This was 2 years ago this month.

BBVA now seem to be trying to delay paying back for as long as possible in the hope people will give up.

We used Maria at Costaluz to get our refund from the bank just use the link on this site to contact them, they are already preparing group actions which will keep the cost down.

Other lawyers are now also getting results so it must be worth a try.

We had no bank guarantee but we received our money back 18 months ago along with costs and interest.

Hi Barry and Sue,

I know it is frustrating with communication with costa luz, they are always trying to improve but it seems it is still not great.

We used them to recover our money from the bank who took the deposit, we had no bank guarantee but they succeeded in getting us a full refund about 18 months ago.

They have also had the recent success with the Finca Parcs Group.

The best way we found to get a response was to email both maria and the firms general website every day with the same email.

We generally got a response within a few days.

It is early days for you and I know it is frustrating to get no information but I am sure they are working on your case and they will contact you whenever they need you to do something, they are proven winners and as you say they have many clients.

It took us just over 12 months to get to the first instance court preliminary hearing when our bank BBVA conceded and said they would refund our money, hopefully you will be as lucky.

That sounds like positive news for you all.

We have already been refunded and our case was also against BBVA.

Lets hope you all get your refund soon.

SARC made us out to be a special case so by you winning that will show them that there are more "special cases" out there.
