We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Maria and the team at Costa Luz Lawyers for their help over the last year which has helped us to secure a partial dation with the UCI for our mortgage in Spain.

There very stressful and worrying times as we could not afford to pay the mortgage but we felt assured by having Maria there to answer any queries and speak to the bank in Spain and debt collection agencies in UK. I don't think we would have got through the last year without knowing we had her support and guidance.

I would highly recommend anyone struggling with mortgage payments on their property in Spain to contact Maria for advice.

Looking forward to a stress free and enjoyable 2013!

Hi I have a property on Jardine de Cope.  Havent completed yet.  I am told it is going to be end of Sept but it doesnt look likely at this time.  Would love to hear from anyone that has seen the site and if it looks finished at this time.
