Has anyone tried or enquired into compensation against Keymare, I have looked through various threads but cannot see anything. I am of the view that Keymare should compensate for delays in the build. Due completion August the first and just getting around to the inspection stage. The Solicitors (well mine at least) seem to be in bed with Keymare and are recluctant to take this further.
