Dear all

Even if you win your case, there is no guarantee you will get your money back but you are guaranteed a bill for legal representation.  There are no follow ups after a win, months, years passed by and then next you know it, the company goes into administration.  There are no time frame as to when you should get your money back.

For me it was a case of throwing borrowed money away for nothing to fight an unjust system.

Does any one know how many years will it take for a decision to be made after a final hearing, including appeals, dealing tactics and time wasting. Is  8-10 a reasonable time frame.

I love it, well written. I was not born in the uk, lived glived here for over 36 years, pay tax and ni like most and will probably die working my ass off. I had to Iearn English and adapt to the English way of life which was pretty easy to do. If people don't like it stay in the country if your choice or is it because you do not have a voice and will be thrown in prison or executed if you complain. Stop being a hypocrite and make others life hard. If you don't eat pork, beef or any fform of meat, then don't touch it, it's that simple. Not everyone wants to be a Muslim. I am not keen on pork I just like bacon but I would never tell anyone not to eat it. People need to grow a back bone and tell them to fu-- off.

I have wasted my hard earned money and struggles to survive in the UK, wished I never bought an off plan which I m currently using a lawyer for the past 5 years to get my money back. I know some may disagree with me but give me British law anytime as its much faster. Unfortunately no matter which country you are living in, some one is out there to screw you over.
