Has anyone else, like me, visited the site and been totally disappointed with the way the villas are laid out? I, misguidedly, thought that a 1000 sq mt plot would have given some distance between neighbouring villas, but not so in the areas of plots 22 - 27.    I have picked out several discrepancies between the Contract plans and the actual `product`, which I think gives grounds for cancelling.

If anyone can suggest a good litigation lawyer, I would be interested to hear.
