Have a look on the Residential Santa Ana Del Monte forum for Sue Walker.

She lives in Jumilla in Murcia and regularly writes columns for local magazines  and is also the author of 'retiring the ole way' a book regarding retiring to Spain and the pitfalls she and her partner John experienced along the way.

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone can give me any info on who to apply to for a loan to set up a business in spain?
I am looking into opening a small B&B in Valencia and wanted to know if it is possible to get a Spanish bank to provide a loan to partially pay for the property?
If Spanish banks do this, what % of the property value would they possibly lend?
