This is Maria Pilar Valverde, the previous president. Alberto Segorbe is the president now Dennis.

Unfortunately, the dogs cannot be banned from the complex. I wish. The problem is that in the rules is not forbidden and to do that, everybody would have to agreed. With just one person not agreeing it couldnt be done and as you all know, there are lots of people with dogs so its not possible.

I have sent an email to all of you regarding the next AGM. If you havent received it you can send me a private message with your email address and I will resend it.

Hi

I know which apartment you mean, the one in the ground floor that has an antenna. The owner has been warned for that and for the antenna and I am taking legal action.

Those legal actions will need reasurrance from the majority of people in the next AGM, the same as people that have done changes that affect the aspect and aesthetic of the building. People should not do any changes that affect the rest of us. If somebody needs to do something, refurbishment outside or anything at all needs to ask permission. Is common sense and its in our internal rules. I totally disagree with the people that have installed also awnings that are not the ones allowed by the community. If everybody does their own thing, this will be the joke of MIraflores.

Anyway, thanks for your support. At the moment, we are doing the gardens of block 3 and back of block 3. I have bought benches. I am replacing all the stolen fire extinguisers and putting them in a box, hoping that it will stop people for taking them for parties.... anyway, hard work when no many people pay and I am also paying the debt to the gran community.

I would like to buy some more umbrellas and sunloungers for summer. I would like to paint... so many things to do...

The chlorine machine broke and we are waiting for the maintenance people to delivered it fix asap.

The next AGM will be on the 17th June

I will not go forward this year as president but I am hoping that somebody of my trust will continue this hard work. If somebody of my trust agrees to continue, I will somehow be involved in the community anyway. If you cannot assit to the next meeting, please send me your proxy as they will be lots of important issues to decide.

I will keep you updated.

 Yo como sera su otra comunidad, pero en esta pagamos la comunidad el 40% de los vecinos con lo cual bajarla ahora mismo seria imposible! Lo entiende Usted. Demasiado se esta haciendo para los ingresos que entran.

Por que, ademas de reparar las deficiencias de Aifos (el muro del bloque 2, humedades, la rampa de la piscina, etc) o lo que el promotor deberia haber hecho (jardines, etc),  ademas se esta pagando la deuda que tenemos a la Gran comunidad.

Cuando hace que no viene aqui Usted o que informacion tiene realmente de nuestra comunidad?

Le sugiero que pase a ver a nuestros administradores, Intercala Asesores, a la Cala Bulevar de la cala 41 o teleofno 952494175. 

Tenemos actualmente solo una jardinera y un personal de mantenimiento, y los contratos se rescindieron hace 18 meses por otros mas baratos. Estamos bajo minimos.

SI PAGARAMOS TODOS, ENTONCES NO SOLO TENDRIAMOS MEJORES PRESTACIONES SINO QUE SE PODRIAN BAJAR LAS CUOTAS. Lo que no puede ser es que solo unos pocos estamos llevando esto adelante

I dont know how are things in your other community, but in this one only 40% of the owners pay the community fees so pay less is impossible! Do you understand? I think we are doing to much for the income we have every month.

Not only we are repairing what Aifos build wrong (the wall that fall down in block 2 and the swimming pool ramp, damp, etc) or the things that the developer didnt do (gardens), is that we are paying the debt to the Gran community that was left behind

When were you last here or what kind of information do you have about our community?

At the moment we have 1 gardener and 1 cleaner and we only have the compulsory maintenance company by law (lifts etc). We cant have less than that.

BUT OF COURSE IF WE ALL PAY OR COMMUNITY FEES, WE COULD HAVE MORE AMENITIES AND FACILITIES AND DECREASE THE QUOTES. What is not acceptable is that only a few of us are doing their best for this community to go forward
