Hope you are both well.

How is Spain treating you both?

We are coming over for fifteen days from the 23rd July and can,t wait, it seems a long time since we were last there. Have any more people moved in that you know of or is it still nice and quiet?

Looking forward to going fishing off the rocks in Mazarron and catching my tea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there anything that you would like us to bring over for you?

Anybody else over for those two weeks or more?

You may be able to give us your verdict on the new restaurent. I have seen taxis on the estate so i,ll make enquires when i get over for a phone number then we can all have some good nights out!

The weather here has been great for two weeks now but you can,t beat Spain for weather and surroundings.

Looking forward to seeing you both shortly take care and keep in touch.

Merry Christmas to everyone at (or buying at) Frondoso Valley.

Hope to see some of you there between Christmas and New Year.

Having said that, we're staying elsewhere as we're still waiting for the Certificate of Habitation.

Hi Walt and Yvonne,

Just read your message on the eye on spain site.  We are Alison and Eddie from Wirral, like yourselves we are buying on M2.

We have just arrived back about two weeks ago and really do not know any more than hopefully things may be completed in about two months time. They were about to put the kitchens into our properties on M2, radiators and anything else that you may have ordered like air con. We met alot of people that Alison has got know on the forum and they are in their houses and enjoying the weather and the splendid views,these friends know alot more about the local area and where to get things etc., and some nice restaurants .We have  booked to go out on boxing day but looks like we have to rent again, still it is well worth the wait. Look forward to meeting you one day please keep in touch and as soon as we know something more positive we will e-mail you.

Hi Guys,

We are staying in Los Alcazares from 18th October to 25th October. We will be visiting Frondoso on Monday 19th and also later in the week. The solicitor advised our place may be ready by then but we wont be able to stay in it until next time.

If anyone who is out there during that week wishes to meet up please let us know.
