Hi,
just to confirm my apartment wasn't flooded, only the store room in the garage, I agree an excellent job was carried out by Grigorio and his team, they worked extremely hard in very bad conditions. I was only saying that due to me not living at Roda that the store room hasn't been able to dry out properly as I store quite a lot,it's not practical for the door to be left open. I have placed as much as I can in plastic containers and bags. In no way was I criticising the hard work that has been carried out. Let's hope the weather is kinder to us during the winter period.

I have an apartment on phase two, it was flooded, we had to clear it out I replaced items that were damaged and now find that due to dampness that these items are also damage, I find it very difficult being in the UK,if I was staying on Roda full time then I could maybe leave store room open to dry out, but this is not practical. Has anybody else experienced the same

Hi,
we have banked with Caja Murcia Bank for 12 years , in Doloris, which is just up the road from Roda they speak English and are very helpful, I'm able to access accounts through online banking, they are always prompt in replying to any emails.

Good Morning,
I rented our penthouse apartment out for the month of August, but due to unforeseen circumstances the couple have to return home on the 21st of the month, I have agreed that if I could rent out at short notice then I would refund them some monies.
Two bedroom penthouse apartment on phase 2 only sleeps 4 - 21st August -31st August £700 this is inclusive of everything.
