I will look into Robbo's Golf when I'm over next. Can't move a muscle at the moment as my daughter is preparing for her GCSE exams. We're in Roda at the beginning of August, so I'll will look then.

Thanks for the pointers.

We did exactly that last year and took lessons too. Before we bought any clubs our golf pro wanted to know what we were buying. He made sure we were buying a decent set.

I just wanted to have a set for myself and the kids when we're in Roda. As long as they're not too old and have been looked after, I think any second hand clubs from a decent manufacturer should be OK.

1 x mens

1 x ladies

1 x teen/youth

I would prefer full sets at a reasonable price but would be willing to see what you have. Must be in good condition and in the Roda area.

 Hello everyone......

I thought I would say 'Hi!' in my first post. Just completed the purchase of a property at Roda Golf (phase 3). We have been coming to Roda on holiday for the last 3 years and really enjoy it every time. 

The idea to buy a property popped into my head the last time we were over in October 2012. I saw a few properties for sale and started to look on the internet at prices. In true 'bloke fashion', I acted too late and didn't get round to looking at any properties during the time we were over. However, I simply couldn't stop thinking about the possibility of purchasing something.

I contacted a few agents in January and popped over to Roda again. I think we looked at every style of property on Roda in 2 days! We looked at all styles of apartments, semi detactched houses, town houses and villas - both resale and new. Whe we got back to the UK, I knew I definitely wanted to buy. I just had to find the right one. Eventually, we found our property in March and the rest is history. I'm back out with the kids in a couple of weeks - they're really excited to see the place. My parents have beaten me though, they're in Roda already !!

I'm looking forward to meeting some of you. One of the first jobs will be to get broadband installed as I have the flexibility of 'working from home' - I can see me doing that a lot more now :-)  All the best.
