Are these websites not property of Sunset Estates that was liquidated? How can assets of this liquidised company be used by former Directors to continue trading in the same Industry? Is this not illegal?

Just received an e-mail from yet another victim of Sunset Estates, having lost just under 7000 euro it now looks like Tim is now running another property company Terrazas del Lago if you enter this in to Google and add Tim Davies you will find the website.

Enter "terrazas del lago tim davies" how can he still be selling property?
