I think i have received the same letter. Putting it in to google translate it basicly sais that they have change our acount numbers and that we do not need to do anything as any direct debits etc will be updated accordingly. finally it says you can go online and cancel any paper corresponence and recieve it digitally instead.

This said i dont know if this will effect our bank card?

please dont take this translate as gospel, if anyone can tell me different i would be pleased to know

You can tell the half empties from the half fulls on this site. If you think whatever was promised back pre crash (apart from your property) can still stand is naive. Incidently this is not our golf course. If polaris had not taken many of there so called controversial measurses we would be having this discussion at a supermarket down the road while buying candles and collecting water from water bowsers to flush the toilet. I apologise for being so blunt but it is frustrating when something so trivial is blown out of proportion.

Just some of my thoughts.

I am not an M&E engineer nor do i know the Foro installation spec but maybe the communication systems are vital for the operation of the tills, chip and pin machines, fire systems, sercurity alarms and maybe even centralised ordering systems etc.

With regard to the ponds as this is a top course and I would guess they have designed the course to incorporate a water harvesting system in response to environment guidelines and standards (maybe not spanish law but european golf tour requirements maybe).  I would imagine at this initial/vital growing stage the course is water hungry (thirsty) therefore if they can utilise the pond water for the sprinkler systems they will. As they can run the ponds right down while the course is not open they will as this will save costs. the only reason the ponds were probably filled to start with would be to check the linings. 

As I said these are only my views and i could be completely wrong but i hope this might sooth the frustration a little.
