Just seen your request so sorry if this is too late. I can definitely recommend PSI in Vera. If you drive into Vera town past the bull ring, stay on that road, they are in the pedestrianised area on the right hand side. Ask for Amanda.

It does seem that communication from Seasun is improving with the appointment of the new lady Noreen mentions. Her name is Marisa Bowie and I have received two timely email responses to questions in the last two days.
