Hi

Went out last week (end of  Feb) and I'm told that Phase 1 will be completed in May 07, and phase 2 in September. The infrastructure is developing, and the development beneath the Golf and Counrty Club , Golf Gardens, seems to be more advanced. The golf course is finished, but not yet in use.

I've got other info, and if anyone would like any updates please get in touch.
