Hi Everyone,i am considering buying a registered business selling ice cream on the local markets from a trailer not a van i have been advised all the paperwork is current and up to date. Has anyone any idea is the markets still a profitable option for work in Spain. The area is Murcia.I have read all the posts and note the paperwork is a nightmare
