does anyone have a bank gurantee that runs out soon, i spoke to trampolin and they say that phase 1 should be completed in 4 months, what happens to those that have bank gurantees that run out before this time, does anyone have any information on this.

that sounds encouraging, has much building started yet, can anyone ask for copies of licence or does it have to be solictor,

i know spanish builders are very quick when i called them last week they said phase 1 should be completed in 6 months, but those that have bank guarentees that expire before this time i wonder what they will do, do you have any ideas

hi

i am new to this site and i am a little concerned about building work, i have been told building as started and can see a few have been out and taken some pics, i will look forward to the reassurance these offer, i have had mixed messages, one person says there is problems with the licence another says all ok and building will commence, what will happen to those that have bank guarantees that run out before the places are finished is anyone else experiencing this problem,
