All I can say is at last the Murcia Courts are taking notice and doing something.  Calidona had the money to build the leisure facilities and they chose not to.  They then expected us to fork out the remainder of the money for our appartments, were not willing to discuss when the said facilities would be completed and then chased us aggresively when we wouldn't pay. 

People who completed did so on a resort that had no facilities I cannot understand why you took this risk and why some are now trying to blame the situation on those who chose sensibly to wait or no complete.

Lets hope that next July justice revails

We tried negotiating with them and they only offered us a different appartment in another phase.  Which was less money but started out at less money than ours anyway.  When we looked into it they weren't actually offering a discount at all.  When we asked for a discount on our appartment we were told that they would not consider.  This was over a year ago so things may have changed.  To be honest the price they want is for a 5 star resort with hotel and it certainly isn't that so why not bring the price down to reflect the facilities and they would get a lot of completions.

I received a voucher offer and you had to reply within a certain time but can't remember details now.  I was simply replying because you would think that corvera would be falling over themselves to get you to complete.  Instead of giving you a slight discount i.e.  3000eu they are willing to take you to court for non completion!  This just proves to all that there is definately no negotiating.
