My name is Trudi and my mother and I have bought a penthouse in that block.  We are planning to move to Spain permanently early next year so it would be good to make contact with people who are buying in the same block. Perhaps we can keep in touch to share any problems/ news etc.

Thanks for the prompt reply and your offer. We don't intend  to rent for a long period of time because I will be working up to the last possible moment. We intend to be in Spain for the last two weeks of April and if possible would like to meet up with you and we hope to meet  with Sheila and Alan as well. We hope to be in Spain the last 2 weeks of April - I have yet to book the flights - and it would be nice to meet you both. We'll let you know the exact dates when all is booked. As a matter of interest where is Playa Flamenco and what is it like? I imagine the weather is good unlike Plymouth which has been under a rain cloud for a very long time. Can't wait to get some sunshine.
