Hi all, sorry to have to tell those expecting a quick build, but it looks like being an estimated 1 to 2 years for the license and 2 for the build, according to the nice Spanish gentleman on the other end of the phone this morning. I was enquiring about a guarentee for our two year investment but was told that none could be supplied till the infastructure moved up the coast to our hillside when the license will be hopefully granted, and the guarentee likewise. So it is dig in or bail out at the 3 year mark if they let you. I believe it will happen but the uncertainty is a bit unnerving.  Regards, Mick
