It is a while since I contacted you. My friend and I purchased our property on Calas Del Pinar in December 2005
We put a demand through our solicitor in March2009, as all the workmen had been off site about 5 months.
We had our first hearing this week, and the judge has named October 15 th as trial date, when one of us should be in attendance.
May I ask what the 2 positive outcomes were in your favour.
Our solicitor is giving us a few options. To get a reduced price on the property which I do not think we would accept, or partial
Reimbursement in an out of court settlement, or go to court and try for a full refund, but he has told us Peinsa are in a bad position
financially.
