Hi all.  We brought 2 apartments in pensiamento and jacinto about 4 years ago like many of you so we are actually at both ends of the development scale as regards being positive or negative on the situation.  As we are sure you are aware Pensiamento will be part of the first licence to complete and Jacinto part of the licence that was never granted and will never be built.  We are trying to get our deposit for Jacinto added onto monies paid on Pensiamento as yet with no success!!  Aifos have offered us a second apartment in Pensiamento instead but at an over inflated price to what we signed up for back in 2004.  Is there anyone out there in a similar situation that would have any advice.  We have viewed and snagged out apartment last month as yet no response whether any of the snagging has actually been done in Pensiamento - again if anyone has had there apartment de-snagged could they let us know if they were happy with the results.  Like previous bloggers have said how come everything has gone quiet at such a crucial stage?

Has anyone successfully had deposits returned by aifos either by court action or  just luck !!.
