This is my first post on EOS - I am after some reassurance about buying a reale property in Villamartin. I am currently in the process of buying a 2 bed bungalow on Florida Golf, just around the corner from the swimming pool and just wanted some general information to put my mind at rest after reading horror stories about other developments in the area that were built by technologica urbanistica. Have there been any similar problems with Florida Golf (I am buying in the Florida Golf development off calle Argentina - not the new block across the barranco with the multicoloured pagodas).
Is the area generally safe - I read threads about break-ins, but they were posted many years ago! After visiting recently the whole 'montegolf' general area seemed very nice indeed.
I am going to be using 'sun lawyers' based in Zenia - does anyone have any experience of using them? they seem reputable and were recommended by the estate agents but just want a bit of reassurance after reading all the horror stories.
