Thanks to Elaine for these pictures of the Birdie Club which are most helpful - when folks like me can only make occasional visits. Its looking very good. We are buying an appartment there and looking forward to it.

Our latest news is that we have just received an advice from our Spanish lawyer that Ros y Falcon has now received the habitation licence from the Council & he expects to receive it soon.

I met with Elaine when I visited recently and was impressed with the package of Property services that Laines has put together. I think these will helpful to us as things move towards completion.

Hi Folks,

My wife Liz & I have  an appartment & we look forward to meeting everyone as things take their final shape. We are still in the UK but I fell in love with the place a couple of years go and am hoping it will fulfill its potential as a beautiful place of refreshment & possibly retirement. We last saw the place personally a year ago & the last pictures we have are from January so your news in these messages is encouraging.
