The same thing happened to me in July and I've still not got a refund. Just read all about them on the web - I wished I'd looked before booking with them. I booked with Suncar but Decode is the company that charged my card
DO NOT USE - THEY ARE CROOKS
AND THEY HAVE LINKS ON THIS SITE - Justin Please take them off
