Hi All

After a long battle with the Caxia bank dating back to 2009 we have recived all monies owed to us and are happy with this outcome for us. Only down side is we had to pay our costs as no cost where adwarded to us or the bank at first hearing at court. We did appeal but frist hearing up held the decision.. As our case escallated to the Supreme Court - no costs are awarded to either party so we had to pay our lawyers an agreed fee.

We hope this may be positive news for some of yous still going through the process. .

Hi Geoff Have been with Imont legal since we started back in 2006 the longest wait was at Supreme Court for four years I will belivied it when the money is in my bank account.. Best of luck with your claim.

Good afternoon after a long wait of 15 years finally got an email from my solictors to inform me that the Supreme Court rule in our favour against Caxia bank now we will have to wait for Caxia to refund us our monies back. We have been told by our solictor we will get all money owe back evently.

I brought off plan back in 2006 at Trampolin Hills Golf which went into administration. We instructed a spanish solicitor to get our funs back using Ley 57/1968. The case has progressed through all the local courts and at each stage Caxia Bank has appealed against the courts decision to pay back our deposit plus interest.

Our case has now been back in the supreme court for almost four years. I have asked the solicitor what is happening and told we will have to wait longer for an outcome.

Has anyone had experience of this? Does anyone know if I can find out where my case is in the supreme court system?

Dear clients,  

The Court that is dealing with Trampolin Hills bankruptcy has set a general meeting with all the creditors on April 30th at 12:00 am to try to get to an agreement. 

As we have told you before, we don´t have any expectation on getting the refund of your money from the bankruptcy process because right now there is no money and that is the problem to get an agreement
