Greetings Anil Jani,

We purchased two units in Block 6, completion scheduled for last quarter of 2008 (one year after your purchase).  So far our communication with the Realtor and the Lawyer has been very professional, consistent, and productive.  Have you had a similar experience?  Any snags along the way?

The Realtor told us that the developer of Pinares de Mijas is very reputable and has an excellent reputation, so we are counting on that to pull us through to completion.  Have you heard of any construction delays that you or others have had to work through?

Another motivation for buying at Pinares is the marina that is to be built directly in front of our development.  I believe that it is scheduled to be completed in 2011 or 2012.  Have you heard anything more about it?

Sorry we do not have any photos to share at this time.  We did take some in May, and will try to scan some of them and post them to the site.
