I am also wondering why Tricky Vick has not replied to my last PM - I think the facts spelt out in that email leave no doubt and yet you are still saying there is hope of a refund from OVP.

Can't help but think there is something strange in that.  Are you Just Dan in disguise?

Anyway, this is just a distraction to what should be a concerted group action.   I'm all for tempered action rather than gunning for people's heads, but this doesn't stop me doing everything within my power to see justice.

One thing we have found is that many people's contract are actually different - so mine says the money will be held in an account in my own name only if I pay it to the solicitors.  It might be worth double checking the small print on yours.

Ultimately the contract report was written in such a way that it was very difficult to tell paying it to OVP wasn't safe.  We all expected our solicitor at the time to highlight this danger and unfortunately it appears they did not do this.
