263 people have looked at this posting.. that indicates to me a lot of concern !. Has anyone succeeded in progressing with obtaining their deposit back ... particularly as the habitation licence has not been issued and the bank guarantee has I expect expired. Remember that the law was changed and the deposits are held by a third party to protect the purchaser.... I understand solicitors are offering deposits back but Arenal are refusing to refund. Use the law and numbers to get what is rightfully yours before you lose the advantage of not having the habitation licence,

Hi to all DV purchasers. Has anyone yet received an official, signed and dated copy of the habitation licence for the above blocks in phase 2 yet please?

Question - does this mean the habitation certificate has yet to be officially issued? Has anyone seen a copy of the certificate for blocks 8, 10, 12 and 14 please?

Thanks Pitby .. would be grateful for any information from anyone in block 12 as to whether or not the licence has been provided. Our solicitors does not seem to be able to send a copy to us at the current time.

Hi - has anyone in blocks 8,10,12 and 14 actually received a copy of the habitation licence? I understanding people are being told it has been issued but would be grateful for a copy if anyone has received the licence from their lawyer/developer. thanks very much.
