hi everyone

has everyone recieved the law suit against them? any more news on the situstion? anyone heard that the must first give deposit back to before they sue and wether they still have the deposits is another thing? someone told me that mri were saying prodinal were going bust? which i dont believe as it came outta there mouth.!!!! say no more!!

you could have a point i wonder are there any lawyers who can answer our queries? is it not the case that they must first give deposit back before they can sue for any moneys?

I think this all seems like a big scam we never recieved any notifiation that property was complete with all licences. We changed at the very beginning from the mri recommended lawyers as i was not happy with some of the stuff they were doing and saying. How much is it goin  to cost to fight this if we go with spondaites lawyer. Maria is a very good lawyer she told me she does not think they will do anything more than keep our deposit. We have nothing in spain they can take thanks tedge for that info i'm sure you have put alot of peoples minds at rest.

totally different information from what i was told salty and i spoke to maria del castro the legal eagle on this very forum. She told me we could cancel due to lack of finances, and that if they thought they could seek more damages other than keeping or deposit that part of the contract is against consumer law and this is not good for them. Not many people me being one had and communication from mri,the builders, and prodinal up until now. There was no explanation as to why all the propertys were late in completion and i never heard if the licence of hababtition had even been granted. so now there on peoples backs when they didnt care to let them know or anything. I find that quite sickening and unprofessional.

Hi all does anyone else who walked away recieve anything from prodinal lawyers? are they presuing people for compensation. i spoke to a lawyer a while back and she assured me they couldn do that all they could do was keep the deposit we paid. apprecaite any feedback
