Well good luck to you all, we got our deposit back but got well and truly ripped off by our solicitor AG2 in vera.Would NOT use them

Be very careful about giving your solicitor power of attorney, we did and pulled out of calas del pinar, and he banked all our money in there account took a very large fee before paying us our money back, would not give us a bill, we are now in the process of dispute about this, whatever you do MAKE SURE  you have a price before he does anything only our solicitor would not give us a price before doing the work for us, hope nobody is using AG2 in vera!! Has anyone used them and had the same experience if so please contact us.

we were buying on phase five, progress is looking good but we cannot see that our house would be ready when they say, each time we have visited the girl in the office gives us a different dateand we have been there several times in the last eighteen months, also you have got to take into acount that the habitation licence could take up to three months, our solicitor has told us that. adding even more time.It will be four years we are fed up with the goal posts changing every time we visit.There are another five people pulling out just from our solicitors alone so how many are pulling out? we wish you good luck.
