We bought a year last November and received a tax demand as you did the middle of last year for nearly 8 k
We appealed and won on 2 nd appeal which cost us 800 euro plus tax, it stinks really that you have to pay to defend an injustice and then on top of that pay tax
You cannot gaurantee a win of course you just have to trust your solicitor to do a good job of the appeal

We have gone with replacing with glass and stainless supports in the end, more expensive but it should last a lifetime

Can any one advise. We have recently bought apartment near sabinillas balcony has hand rails but children could climb through. Need good advice re best solution. Our thoughts Perspex or glass positioned in front of balcony rails. Thanks

We have just completed 9E so will no doubt see you around at some point over the new year

Any news on the access control and lift (which we didn't know about) we knew about the store room and had it put in the contract

We are looking forward to things taking shape over there
