Dear Recardo,

My heart goes out to all who have been dragged into this Fiasco. I thought I and my wife had lost everytthing. But we only parted with 52,000EURO.

I have had a petition bought before the Europrean Parliament, only to be told they cannot meddle in the internal Spanish Legal System.

I have written yet again to my MP in the hope that now he is a Cabinet Minister someone above mayy listen and act.

My wife and I are invlvoved with this Fiasco withn HdT , We changed our Lawyer's to British based Company and Paid £3,750 + VAT over a year ago and still no further forward, Our deposit was paid via Ambasun and our Spanish Solicitors was P.S.I.Consultants.

I hope you have some luck and would be interested in how you get on. I having thrown my Hard earned savings would not spend any more without a reasponble assurance of success

Dear Wakemans,

I like many others are caught up in the Sant Anna fiasco. I hve engaged with a U.K. company which has Spanish Solicitors, I have mentioned to them about the Generic Bank guarrantee route of obtaining our deposit back, but the Soliitor has the opinion that it is a risky and possibly a very expensive exercise.

Where as you seem to achieved it, in  a short period.  Any tiips or traps would be appreciated.
