My name is colm and I have bought 2 side by side plots in costa esuri.I have only paid half the purchase price at the moment as they haven't closed the deal yet but it is going on for about 2/3 years now.I would prefer to sell the contracts on before i have to close but the market seems pretty slow at the moment.

Do you know if there is a hotel on the site that i could pay a visit?

Has anyone actually built their own villas yet? I would love to hear from anybody who has information or help with how to build a villa on a plot in costa esuri
