To everyone

Im new obviously. 
Im looking to move to spain within the next 18 months and rent a villa in spain long term before i find the right place then possibly buy. 
I would love to hear from people with advise on this matter.
I have my partner whom i will be marrying next year before we come to spain.
We also have our two children of 13 and 8. And we have already started to learn spainish.

Cant wait to hear from you all.
