Is anyone experiencing problems in obtaining Bank Guarantees for Teguise Greens as promised by Viviendas Jardin.
We have obtained guarantee in writing for first 10% paid but are still waiting for another for 5% paid last January 08 - we have been told it is due to
"current financial climate".
We would appreciate any information from similar purchasers.
