Some buyers have already taken possession of their properties in phase 2 'the fairway' it may be wise to call the site itself if you getting no joy from mcanthony.

There will be a pool - 2 in fact, one for adults and one for children in the 'green' and 'fairway' properties with changing room and toilet facilities - as in phase 1.

Have not read the article in the daily mail yet - but please do not be too alarmed, this newspaper for some reason or other is continuously being negative about anything good anywhere in the world but the UK.  If there are rumours to be started in the UK about purchasing property abroad, living abroad, medical care abroad etc etc etcyou can guarantee it'll be the daily mail that starts it all off.
