My lawyer has confirmed today that she has spoken to developer and they assured her that we only have to pay our portion of the community charge (mine is for Samos) and not be accountable for the whole phase even if it is not complete.

Apparently banks were having difficulty gaining access to Samos for valuations - now at least one bank has had the go-ahead! I wonder does this tie in with the granting of the license??
