Folks,

We took occupancy of our flat in block 10 last month (August).  It was an experience,  that's all I will say.  We are totally delighted with our flat and look forward to spending every minute we can there.  We met several of our neighbours and I think the blocks will fill up.  The grounds are still establishing but I think next year when the plants are up, we have sun beds round the pool (and maybe a BBQ) it will take some effort to get me to leave.

I'm not sure of the prices but we stayed in Princess Park last month in a penthouse and the one next door was for sale by a firm Andelucian Dream Homes.

We too went to the Club del Sol and used their Gym and sauna.   The Gym is very well equiped and had friendly staff, the sauna was clean with showers etc.  It was quite expensive, we paid ten euros each per visit.  There are cards available which reduce the cost but it depends if you live there all year round or just visit what would be the best for you.  We would be very keen to get a small gym up and running (pun not intended) at Princess Park but like you wonder how it would work....

I haven't been on for a while but we are just back from Princess Park.  It's looking really good, nearly all the landscaping was completed whilst we were there and if everything grows, it will be lovely.   We rented in PP and it was  a bit like a ghost town, all the blocks look ready and on speaking  to the workmen on site, they say everying is ready on all the blocks and is waiting for paperwork!!!!!!!   The Sky TV has recently been finished and hooked up in Blocks 1, 2 and 3 but I don't know what is happening with the rest of the blocks.  I spoke to one resident who has installed his own dish and he has been told he will have to take it down, a double expense for him.   Other than that, like eveyone else we are waiting on the paperwork............
