We have had neighbours above us completly renovating their apartment since January, and as much as I understand that work needs to be done - is there a law in our community that does not allow building work to go on after 2pm on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays. I have spoken with friends from other communities and they have said they do, but I dont know if we do. Can anyone help? I would love to enjoy a peaceful Sunday without drilling, hammering and whatever else they are doing up there. Some Sundays we have been woken up before 9am, very unreasonable. I understand they need to finishh it, but surely consideration for neighbours should also be part of it too?

All fine down here.  It has been a cold winter - which for the past 10 years I have spent winter down here it is unnaturally cold, but as for the complex all is standing and ok.  Patchy cloud today, but when the sun is out and you are out of the breeze - just lovely.

Does anyone know the number and make of the paint  which has been used to paint the apartment walls, and where we can buy it?  At least the make and number would be greatly appreciated as I know a few places I can have it made up.
