Hi we have also bought here as well and are number 2 we already have a house in Huerta Nueva but cannot wait to move in we think in about june/july our friends Ian and Lisa have bought number 1 and hope to take posssion in june...

We are Jean & Terry and at the moment are back in the UK whilst our existing house is (trying )to be sold but are travelling back on 1st april for a week to check on the progress and so far our dealings with Maria & Sandra have not been as stressfull as our previous purchase.
