Hi everyone.my completion of the 27th has now been changed until the 6th March watch this space.the pools have now been tiled and are looking good.They are working very hard on the roads even today saturday.The furniture comes from Eco in los Gallardos and i have been told it is the same as the showhouse.The white goods are on site but not fitted as yet.

Hi everyone i have just been given my completion date of the 27th Feb 07.I am over the moon.The road is nearly finished there is lots of hard core going down and the pavements are also been worked on.The pool and garden are not progressing as quickly.Regards Sylvia 29a

Hi all,

another update on behlaf of Sylvia...

Went to see the builders again today and they are now saying that the apartments will be ready by the end of January, and paperwork by the end of Feb. However, they also said that the pools and gardens would not be completed at this point.

Sounds like lots of mixed messages!

My mum is currently staying on HN for the month of November. She has spoken to the builders and the office there is still claiming that completion will be the end of December. She is not convinced and looking at the site - some apartments are still not rendered yet etc, she cannot see this happening. The builders could not answer the question 'at what point in time will you say that the completion will not be the end of Decemeber?', which isn't much use. It appears from this notice board that there is more information drifting out than the builders will tell my mum to her face!

Her solicitor has been in touch to sort out her NIE(?) number so they feel that there is still good progress.

On a happier note(!), my mum has said that the veiws are fantastic and the weather is still good!

Hi All,

The photos are really making the development look as if it is coming along. I'm going to be staying on HN from November 4 - December and am looking forward to seeing some progress. I will post photos whilst I am out there and let you know of any more progress that is made.
