I have a small leak coming into my bathroom  from the apartment above  me  I cannot  conatct the owner and  Intacala tell me they do not have any contact details  of the owner . Hard to believe I know !!!

If anyone knows of a Mrs O'leary who owns 1.04  Royal Lytham  I would be most grateful if you could  let me know as I need to conatct her  urgently regarding the leak in her bathroom .

Not sure what would happen in there was a flood coming through my ceiling  as Intacala say its not their problem .Surely as a community there should be contact numbers for all owners . I hope the drip does not turn into a flooded apartment   as not sure what i would do . I can only hope that the message i left in the post box last week will at some stage be collected by either the keyholder or the owner .

Any Ideas  anyone ??

Hello everyone

  Does anyone have any info on the on going  flooding problems at La Hacienda ?

I understand  there are still no plans to address the flooding problem in the ground floor apartments in Royal Lytham  and other blocs . Im sure anyone who has an apartment in thees problem  bocks on ground floors  will be very worried now  about winter looming and the flooding   problem  returning .I have spent  a considerable amount of money this year to  restore my apartment  to a habitable state  but now Im just worried that its going to happen again .I have been happy to pay the extra payments to pay  for other repairs in other areas but now Id really like to know when work will start  to remedy the waste pipe situation .

Anyone with any info please can you let me know . Im coming over shortly  to sand bag the apartment for the winter .

Hi there

We use a vodaphone dongle when in spain , cost us initially 40 Euros for dongle and then jsut top  up with a pay as you go . There reception is not brilliant but OK  and good for e mails and keeping in touch with family .
