We have had a number of bookings for our apartment and every one of them have said how nice and helpful Paul Baxter is.  He cannot do enough for them.  Let's hope he's not head-hunted by some other company.  Stuart look after him!!!!!  Paul has also been sorting out a problem with a/c, keeping us posted along the way.  It's a pity Roda themselves didn't take a leaf out of Calida's book.

We use Calida International, they look after our property, hold the keys, meet and greet clients, arrange cleaning and laundry.  They are brilliant.  They have sorted out a number of problems for us and we are kept well informed of everything that is going on.

Highly recommend the whole team on everything they do.

Paul Baxter and Stuart Thomas are two of the nicest and most helpful people you can possibly wish to do business with.  Nothing has been too much trouble for them.  We are delighted with our apartment on phase 3 and it has been trouble free since we have dealing with Paul and Stuart.  They have helped us and pointed us in the right direction with everything, the furniture package, the lawyers, the mortgage, the rentals.  Their website advertising our property is excellent - take a look.  We have no worries whilst they are looking after our property.  Highly recommended and professional.

Does anybody have a basic map and directions from San Javier airport to Roda  for our visitors staying at our apartment next week.  We have searched the internet and all maps take you onto the motorway which to us isn't the easiest or quickest route especially if you are new to Spanish driving!

We have often walked into town from Roda during daylight and early evening, my husband it 6'6" so not too many are going to try anything with him!!! However, we have found a good reliable cabbie, his no. is 0034685107761.  He charges about 8 euros each way which is a small price especially if there are more than two of you.
