Hi All,

I sat down recently and thought to myself 'what is this all costing me'!

I did have an idea but i could be way off the mark. Therefore can any one help me with my projections of Per Annum & Monthly costs as detailed below:

Hopefully soemone out there can help and i don't mind if i am way off the mark as long as i have got a near enough figure i could go by...

Will be checking on my Apt in United Golf.

Please confirm prices for your Apt in December '07?

Also:

1. Has the Roda Golf Resort now totally completed and if not how much are you expecting your rental prices to appreciate by the time they are completed?

2. What are you paying in total for Community Charges / Maintanence / bills etc?

Hi all, sush here {Birmingham},

Have just bought ground floor on the Major Development. Anyone out there who is on this develoment?

When speaking to Mic'hele {United Golf}, he confirmed Communtiy Charges would range from 600-800euros. Reading some of what has been posted, this seems to have gone up to 800-1000 euros. Anyone worried by the time it is completed this could be somewhere in the region of 1200euros, quite possible i think.

Anyone out there looking to rent your properties and if so what's your action plan?

Me again,

You can probably guess i am new to this!!

Any who, anyone made estimates and how much they think it is going to cost to run an Apt at United, i.e. running costs, community charges, maintanence, bills, sat tv, cleaning, rental admin/marketing etc....

I do have ideas but would be nice to see if i am more or less on the right lines OR way off the mark!
