Does anyone have a current up-date on Arenal Golf phase 4?

1.  Is the largest swimming pool (betwen blocks 8 and 9) including the showers and loo completed?

2. Is the golf course looking like it will be finished?

3. Is the golf club building being built and anywhere near finished yet?

4. Has access been allowed to the roof of Block 11 to fit Satallite Dishes?

5. Has any apartment owners settled damage caims against the Developer?

If anyone can answer any of these questions we would be very grateful and look foward to a reply soon.

Hi, The latest tel.no. we have for the sales office is 952448643 which was correct in Sept. 2008.  I spoke to Priene Sur Head Office yesterday which is  probably your best bet for any information you want  the tel no. is 902232244. Good luck.

It was with joy I read your thread regarding habitation licenses being granted on phase 4 blocks 9, 10 & 11. I rang Prein Sur as we are buying on block 11 and have so far not been notified.  They confirmed the  information you gave and now look forward to receiving written confirmation.

Thanks for your post, its a good start to a new year and with 2 flights already booked for this year can start to look forward to a long awaited  holiday in our OWN apartment!!

Hi,

Has anyone had or got any news on the habitation licenses for Phase 4 Block 11.  Back in June we were told this had been applied for and would be received by the end August 08. While on  holiday end of August we went into the Site Office and was told that it should be any day now. What is going on, it is now almost the end of October and haver still heard nothing? We were led to believe the Town Hall had 90 days to grant the licenses.  Why hasn't this happened, is there a problem, if so why haven't we been notified!!!

Please, if anyone has any information at all would you please let us know.

Hi Ken & Jenny,

Thanks for that information, it does sound promising but hard to believe after all this time.  You would think that our Solicitors would be advised by the developer when the Habitation Licenses had been applied for at least then we would know things are moving forward. Thanks also for the tip on the AG Website will check it out. Any firm information regarding completion dates from purchasers on Phase 4 Block 11 would be gratefully received.
