Hello,

We have been having problems with Cajasol, and eventually have been told the developers mortgage has a minimum interest rate of 4.9% and a maximum interest rate of 14% !!! We were wondering if there was anyone else who has been told this ?

Also, we have not transferred funds to our account since we received the letter re: the account number change, has anyone used the new account number? Have you had any problems, I am a little worried, even though Marie Louisa in Cajasol has reassured me, my bank here was reluctant  for me to transfer funds as it seemed that my personal account number has been changed.

Just one more thing, Hamiltons/Elite property in La Cala seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth with our money and keys!!! Emails and phone calls no good, does anyone know are they still in La Cala ?
