Hi all

 

Just returned from visit to Conde Luque yesterday.  The lifts are now working and the grounds look good.  There doesn't appear to be anyone there still.  Received a letter to say that there is a  meeting on the 3rd april for the community but will be unable to get back out there again until June.  Still do not know how to turn the spanish lady talking as you open the door and then get continual beeping noises - any ideas anyone?

We too are going out shortly, 22nd to 28th March, but not actually staying in the apartment but will be going backwards and forwards to the flat.  When there in January they were working on the lifts so hopefully they will be working by now.  Haven't heard anything from the community.  I hope there maybe someone there to talk to in a couple fo weeks.

Hi to anyone out there

 

We too are pleased with the appartment and spent a few days trying to buy bits and pieces. It will take time to make it feel like home.  Let's hope we get some instructions in english with regard to the alarm system soon.

We thought, as did our solicitor, that the maintenance fees were rather high.  Who can we question about that?

We will be out there again at the end of March 23-27th, so will see if there is anyone about, as there was no-one except a security guard in January.

Have just returned from Conde Luque (18th Jan) weather was good.

Now have the keys and yes the water and electric was on.  No-one there to speak to other than the security guard, who helped with turning on the power in the fuse box.  Several of our power points do not seem to be working, only found out when we tried a lamp in them.  Need to find out about the alarm system as I think we require a code to switch the beeping noise off. Hoped to find someone in the reception area but all locked up.  Does anybody have a name or number of who we should contact.  Pat and Betty Block 6
