I am looking for a long let in Arenal Duquesa, can you let me know when it is furnished so I can view it. I live locally so can see it anytime. I clean apartments on the complex so already know the outlay.

 I am also looking for a ground floor apartment in Arenal Duquesa.  Andalusi Estates have one for sale at a 110,000€ or rent for 500€ a month, it is furnished a little basic for my liking which  is why I did'nt take it. Hiya, new to this forum so hope I'm posting this in the right place.                                                                                                               We are a couple in our late forties and have been living in Spain for 5 years, and nearly 3 years in Sabinillas. We are looking for a long term rental in Arenal Duquesa on the ground floor, it would need to be furnished. We are friends with several people who own properties in this complex who can provide references.
